What does a typical yacht rental include?
Each charter comes with trained crew members, all necessary safety gear, fuel, and a selection of non-alcoholic drinks and snacks. Inclusions can vary dependent on the service — for instance, evening cruises offer gourmet appetizers, whereas business rentals come with meeting spaces and tailored catering options.
When should I make my reservation?
Reserving 2–3 weeks beforehand is suggested, and it's particularly important in the high-demand season, which is between May and September. For business gatherings or personal occasions, booking 4–6 weeks prior can ensure availability and gives time for personalized arrangements.
What is the protocol for inclement weather?
Your safety is our chief concern. In the event our captain deems the weather too dangerous, we’ll propose a new date for your charter, or if that’s not possible, we will issue a full refund. Weather forecasts are regularly monitored, and you will be informed at least 24 hours prior if the predicted conditions are troublesome.
May I bring my own refreshments and snacks?
Certainly, you may bring your own refreshments and snacks aboard. We also provide excellent culinary services and can tailor the menu to suit your tastes. Please be aware that for safety purposes, glassware is not allowed on the yacht.
Do your yachts cater to guests with mobility concerns?
We aim to be inclusive for all patrons. Some of our yachts are more equipped than others for those with mobility issues. We encourage you to discuss your requirements with us during reservation, and we will suggest the most appropriate yacht and arrange any needed conveniences.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made with over 72 hours notice prior to departure will be refunded in full. Those made within 24–72 hours will receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations made under 24 hours notice are not eligible for a refund unless the cause is due to weather unpredictability or mechanical issues attributable to us.
